<div>Job Overview:</div><div>The BMS Project Manager is responsible for the management of Building Management System</div><div>projects from design to completion. This role involves overseeing the design, installation, and</div><div>commissioning and handing over of BMS solutions, ensuring all technical, quality, and safety</div><div>standards are met. The Project Manager will collaborate with Consultants, PMC, clients, engineers, Internal team and Sub-contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of BMS systems that meet the required specifications.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><div>o Execute the BMS projects, including scope definition, project timelines, budgets, and</div><div>resource allocation.</div><div>o Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all project deliverables</div><div>are met.</div><div>o Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.</div><div>o Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.</div><div>o Manage and lead a team of engineers, technicians, Sub-contractor and other staff involved in the BMS project.</div><div>o Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, including</div><div>clients, consultants, and contractors.</div><div>o Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and resolve issues.</div><div>o Work closely with design engineers to ensure that the BMS design meets client requirements</div><div>and industry standards.</div><div>o Review technical specifications and drawings for the installation of BMS systems.</div><div>o Oversee the procurement of BMS equipment and materials, ensuring quality, cost-</div><div>effectiveness, and on-time delivery.</div><div>o Ensure all required certifications and compliance with regulations for the BMS systems are</div><div>met.</div><div>o Monitor the progress of the project to ensure it is on schedule and within budget.</div><div>o Ensure that all work meets quality standards and industry regulations.</div><div>o Oversee the commissioning process and troubleshoot issues during system testing.</div><div>o Maintain regular communication with clients/Consultants, providing updates on project</div><div>status, milestones, and potential challenges.</div><div>o Prepare Daily progress reports, including financial summaries, timelines, and project</div><div>performance.</div><div>o Address client concerns and provide solutions to any technical or operational issues.</div><div>o Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the installation and commissioning of BMS</div><div>systems.</div><div>o Comply with local and international building codes, regulations, and standards.</div><div>o Manage the project closeout process, ensuring all deliverables are completed and handed</div><div>over to the client.</div><div>o Prepare and review final documentation, including system manuals, warranties, and</div><div>certificates.</div><div>o Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement</div><div>o Minimum 8 years of experience managing BMS or similar building automation projects.</div><div>o Proven experience in managing large teams and large-scale projects.</div><div>o Strong understanding of building systems, HVAC, lighting, energy management, and related</div><div>technologies.</div><div>o Experience with BMS platforms (e.g., Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens, Trane etc).</div><div>o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.</div><div>o Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).</div><div>o Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</div><div>o Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.</div><div><br></div>
