<div>The primary responsibility for this role is Lead the project, Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and</div><div>monitoring the assigned engineering projects. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices,</div><div>QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Interacting daily with the clients to</div><div>interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.</div><div>3-4 years of experience required in BMS project execution and handover process.</div><div>Your responsibilities at Site</div><div><br></div><div> Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.</div><div> Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.</div><div> To ensure that the full compliance of sub-contractors with Company Quality policies</div><div>and with the requirements of this method statement.</div><div> To ensure that all the equipment required executing the works according to the BMS</div><div>project are available, in good condition, and provide any additional equipment that</div><div>might be required.</div><div> To co-ordinate with the Electrical, QA, QC &amp;amp; EHS for a safe and proper execution of the</div><div>works.</div><div> Liaise with Client / Consultant for execution of works as per BMS project activities</div><div> Collect and analyse project information to create status reports and recommend future</div><div>actions</div><div> Allocation of required labour through co-ordination with the Project Manager.</div><div> Take precautionary measures concerning protecting works from hot weather, wind,</div><div>rain and sun.</div><div> Ensure that all works activities will be carried out in accordance to approved drawings,</div><div>specifications and quality.</div>
