<div>Roles &amp; Responsibilities :-</div><div>- Sales Revenue - Achieving or exceeding the set revenue targets.</div><div>- New Client Acquisition - Successfully bringing in new clients and expanding the customer base.</div><div>- Achieving Monthly Sales budgets</div><div>- Monitoring and improving the performance of the business development team, measured through individual and team</div><div>targets.</div><div>- Having an experience &amp; knowledge on IT Services - Mobile App, Web App, Game App.</div><div>- Revenue Growth - Achieving a predetermined increase in revenue over a specific period.</div><div>- Helping team towards the closure and establishing new channels and strategy to grow the sales.</div><div>- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.</div><div>- Managing salesteams.</div><div>- Client Retention - Ensuring the retention of existing clients and fostering long-term relationships.</div><div>- Customer Satisfaction - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and receiving positive feedback from clients.</div><div>- Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the salesteams to achieve their goals.</div><div>- Cross-selling and Upselling - Identifying opportunities to offer additional products orservices to existing clients.</div><div>- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.</div><div>- Sales Pipeline - Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline with a sufficient number of qualified opportunities.</div><div>- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.</div><div>- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.</div><div>- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.</div><div>- Collaborating with other departments &amp; teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.</div><div>- Exceptional Communication &amp; Interpersonal skills.</div><div>- Must be willing to travel as needed.</div><div>Must have Skills :-</div><div>- Similar Industry Domain and Services experience (Mobile &amp; Web Applications etc).</div><div>- Team Handling experience (Minimum 10 Members).</div>
