<div>JOB TITLE: <strong>Supply Chain Analyst</strong></div><div>JOB DESCRIPTION:</div><div>You will be responsible to collect data from various databases to provide data insights and analysis for smooth functioning of Supply Chain functions such as Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Procurement, and Logistics.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>KEY AREAS RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></div><div><strong>Inventory &amp; procurement</strong></div><div><br></div><div>• Prepare inventory reports on daily, weekly &amp; monthly basis</div><div>• Analyze stock levels at various channels on daily basis to provide inputs on procurement</div><div>• Demand forecasting at SKU level and channel level.</div><div>• Prepare LSR (low-stock reports) and OSR (over-stock reports) and raise red flags.</div><div>• Analyze procurement spend and devise ways to cut costs.</div><div>• Prepare weekly, monthly MIS as required.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Vendor Management</strong></div><div><br></div><div>• Collect and analyze stock data at vendor for FG, RM, PM etc.</div><div>• Devise and monitor optimal stock levels at vendor locations.</div><div>• Create vendor scorecards.</div><div>• Analyze other vendors for their performance, delivery timeliness and other factors to onboard them.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Coordination with Finance team for inventory accuracy</strong></div><div><br></div><div>• Routine coordination with accounting team to ensure the inventory</div><div>on our accounting books matches with the physical inventory.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Logistics and delivery operations</strong></div><div><br></div><div>• Analyze the logistics data to recommend optimal paths, logistics partners etc. to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.</div><div>• Analyze logistics spend data to recommend ways to save costs.</div><div>• Data insights to improve On-time delivery and other ways to enhance customer experience.</div><div><br></div><div>• Analyze regional demand to recommend locations where we need warehouses</div><div>• Analyze returns &amp; cancellation data to reduce customer returns</div><div><br></div><div><strong>SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:</strong></div><div><strong>Skills and Competencies</strong></div><div><br></div><div>• Data/numbers-oriented approach</div><div>• Well versed at excel/other data analysis tools and Proficient in quantitative &amp; qualitative analysis</div><div>• Good understanding of Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics processes and familiarity with terms such as Safety Stock, Demand forecasting.</div><div>• Understanding of Accounting principles and ledgers.</div><div>• Very organized</div><div>• Strong verbal &amp; written communication</div><div>• Take ownership of work- Follow up and conclude the task that was assigned.</div><div><br></div><div>DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:</div><div>• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, preferably in FMCG industry</div><div>• 2+ years of experience working with MS Excel, visualization tools</div><div>• Good verbal/written communication skills in English</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
