 About the Role: We are looking for a high-ownership leader to drive our global e-commerce business across US, UK, UAE, and Africa. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with a strategic P&amp;L mindset.
 Mandatory Candidate Profile (The "Global" Filter)
<ul>
<li>We are looking for a High-Ownership Individual Contributor (IC) with:</li>
<li>Global Marketplace Expertise: Hands-on experience scaling sales on Amazon (US/UK/UAE), Walmart (USA), eBay, Noon, or Jumia.</li>
<li>Electronics Domain: Strong background in Electronics/Mobile devices. Refurbished/Recommerce experience is a massive plus.</li>
<li>Full P&amp;L Ownership: Experience managing pricing, logistics, and inventory for a profitable digital business.</li>
<li>Data &amp; Performance: Proficiency in ROAS, CAC, AOV, and CLTV tracking using automated dashboards.</li>

 Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Ownership &amp; Strategy
<ul>
<li>
Own P&amp;L for the e-commerce business and deliver revenue and profitability targets. 
</li>
<li>
Define and execute growth strategies across D2C website and global marketplaces. 
</li>
<li>
Identify new channels, partnerships, and expansion opportunities. 
</li>
</ul>
2. Revenue Growth &amp; Performance Marketing
<ul>
<li>
Lead digital acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO, affiliates, and social commerce. 
</li>
<li>
Optimize marketing spends to achieve target ROAS and CAC benchmarks. 
</li>
<li>
Plan and execute large-scale campaigns, sales events, and promotional calendars. 
</li>
</ul>
3. Marketplace &amp; Global Channel Management
<ul>
<li>
Lead relationships and performance across key international marketplaces (Amazon Global, Walmart, eBay, Noon, Jumia, etc.). 
</li>
<li>
Optimize listings, pricing strategies (condition-based), and ad performance. 
</li>
<li>
Ensure compliance with platform SLAs, ratings, and metrics. 
</li>
</ul>
4. Operations &amp; Supply Chain Alignment
<ul>
<li>
Work closely with logistics teams to ensure smooth international fulfillment. 
</li>
<li>
Optimize inventory planning, demand forecasting, and returns management for refurbished devices. 
</li>
</ul>
5. Data Analytics &amp; Insights
<ul>
<li>
Establish data-driven decision-making across all e-commerce functions. 
</li>
<li>
Monitor key metrics: revenue, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and funnel performance. 
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills:
<ul>
<li>
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred. 
</li>
<li>
Experience: 8+ years in e-commerce/digital business with a focus on scaling online revenue. 
</li>
<li>
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Proficiency in GA4, Excel, and BI tools. 
</li>
<li>
Advantage: Prior experience in the Refurbished/Recommerce ecosystem (product grading and condition-based pricing). 
</li>
