Role Overview &amp; Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an expert GenAI/LLM Engineer to design, build, and fine-tune large language model applications that power next-generation enterprise search, summarization, and content generation products. You will sit at the intersection of natural language processing and modern software development, optimizing prompt strategies, integrating embedding models, and implementing robust LLM application architectures.

LLM Application Design: Build high-performance applications leveraging commercial and open-source Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3, Mistral).
</li>
<li>
Prompt Engineering &amp; Tuning: Develop, test, and systematically refine prompt templates, system instructions, and few-shot learning examples to maximize output accuracy and compliance.
</li>
<li>
Fine-Tuning &amp; Distillation: Prepare custom training datasets and execute parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT/LoRA) for domain-specific language tasks.
</li>
<li>
Integration &amp; Scalability: Integrate LLM services seamlessly into backend microservices architectures using efficient API frameworks and asynchronous queues.
</li>
<li>
Cost &amp; Latency Management: Implement semantic caching, token optimization strategies, and model routing to ensure cost-effective and low-latency production execution.

Required Skills &amp; Experience
<ul>

Core Skills: Strong Python programming background with extensive experience using LLM developer frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
</li>
<li>
Model Familiarity: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, tokenization methods, quantization techniques, and open-source model execution.
</li>
<li>
Backend Integration: Experience building scalable REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask) and integrating them with message brokers or vector indexes.
</li>
<li>
Analytical Approach: Methodical testing practices for evaluating LLM outputs using automated evaluation suites and human-in-the-loop validation frameworks.
