<h1>Job Title: Operational Risk Analyst</h1><h2>Location: Chennai</h2><h2>Notice Period: 30 to Max 45 Days</h2><h2>Total Experience: 5-7 Years</h2><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Create and manage Operational Process Documents and workflows</li><li>Identify, Assess, Manage and Report Operational Risk events in a consistent manner</li><li>Handle Internal Audits/Inspections</li><li>Prepare presentation materials and present to Senior Management</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field</li><li>5-7 years of overall experience in Banking Domain, with working experience in Operational Risk Management required</li><li>Knowledge of Risk and Control Assessment Techniques and concepts</li><li>Experience in process Migration is an added advantage</li><li>Certification in Risk Management or process improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma or JAIIB/CAIIB is a plus</li><li>Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint</li></ul><h3>Skills:</h3><ul><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work in a team and train/guide new staff</li><li>Structured and logical approach to working</li><li>Open to work in rotational shifts</li></ul>
