<h3><b>Role Overview:</b></h3>
<p>We are looking for skilled Security Operations Engineers who can manage, operate, and support multiple security domains including Identity &amp; Access Management, PKI, Endpoint Security, and other critical security solutions. The role involves daily operations, troubleshooting, implementation support, and coordination with customers as part of a managed services environment.</p>

<h3><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<h4><b>Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM):</b></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Manage and support <b>CA Identity Suite / CA Identity Manager</b></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Handle identity lifecycle operations, access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Troubleshoot IAM issues and coordinate with L3/engineering teams</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><b>PKI Services:</b></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Manage <b>Microsoft PKI</b> infrastructure</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support certificate lifecycle management (issuance, renewal, revocation)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work with <b>nCipher HSM</b> for secure key management</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor PKI health and security posture</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><b>Endpoint Security Services:</b></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Operate and manage <b>Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP)</b></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage policies, agent deployment, endpoint troubleshooting</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide support for antivirus/anti-malware incidents</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><b>Additional Security Solutions:</b></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p><b>Tripwire Enterprise:</b> Integrity monitoring, policy management, alerts</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><b>Broadcom Symantec Solutions:</b></p>

<p>DLP (Data Loss Prevention)</p>
</li>

<p>ATP Appliance (Advanced Threat Protection)</p>
</li>

<p>CAS Appliance (Content Analysis System)</p>

<p><b>Kaspersky Standalone AV</b> for servers</p>

<h3><b>General Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Daily monitoring, incident handling, and resolution</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work on change requests, upgrades, patching, and configuration</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for all managed platforms</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of service requests</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Liaise with customer stakeholders for issue updates and enhancements</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain documentation, SOPs, and runbooks</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h3><b>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Strong operational experience in <b>IAM / PKI / Endpoint Security</b></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Hands-on experience with at least <b>2–3 technologies</b></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Good understanding of enterprise security fundamentals</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience in managed services or 24x7 operational environments</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h3><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Certification in any security domain (CISSP, CISM, CEH, Microsoft, Broadcom/Symantec, Tripwire)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience working with HSM-integrated PKI environments</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Exposure to large enterprise or BFSI environments</p>
