<p>Role Objective:<br>We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage and deliver complex projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and budget.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, budget, and qualityDevelop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, and budgetManage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progressIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project successDrive process improvements and best practices</p>
<p>Mandatory Skills:</p>
<p>7+ years of experience in project managementPMP or equivalent certification preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p>
<p>Preferred Skills:</p>
