<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Gather and analyze business requirementsIdentify business needs and opportunities for improvementDevelop business cases and feasibility studiesCollaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutionsSupport project teams with business analysis tasksConduct stakeholder engagement and communication</p>
<p>Mandatory Skills:</p>
<p>5+ years of experience in business analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with business analysis tools (Visio, Excel, etc.)Understanding of business processes and operations</p>
<p>Preferred Skills:</p>
