<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking detail-oriented and organized candidates for the role of HR Data Entry Associate. This role is primarily suited for candidates with relevant experience; however, motivated freshers and interns with strong attention to detail are also encouraged to apply.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Accurately enter, update, and maintain employee data in HR systems</li>
<li>Handle employee records, documentation, and filing (physical and digital)</li>
<li>Assist in onboarding documentation and HR administrative processes</li>
<li>Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies</li>
<li>Support HR team with reports, data validation, and audits</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and verification</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Saudi National (as per Saudization requirements)</li>
<li>Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field</li>
<li>0–2 years of experience in data entry or HR support (fresh graduates may apply)</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Ability to work independently/Remotely</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with HR systems or ERP tools is an advantage</li>
<li>Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation</li>
<li>Good communication skills in Arabic and English</li>
