This involves conducting research and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance key performance metrics and achieve business objectives.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.</li><li>Utilize data to develop and execute A/B email campaigns, conversion rate optimization experiments, and other initiatives to improve key performance metrics.</li><li>Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential areas for expansion and differentiation.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to growth and data analysis.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Candidate Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.</li><li>6 months of internship experience in growth verticals preferred.</li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><div><br></div>
