About the Role :
Are you a&nbsp;Hindi storyteller who can hook an audience in under 30 seconds?
At&nbsp;Kuku TV, we’re building the future of&nbsp;short-format OTT entertainment and microdramas,&nbsp;and we’re looking for a&nbsp;Promo Writer (Hindi)&nbsp;who knows how to turn emotions into scroll-stopping, binge-worthy scripts.
If you understand&nbsp;viral storytelling, audience psychology, and high-retention content, this role is your stage.
What You’ll Do :

<li>Write&nbsp;high-impact Hindi promo scripts&nbsp;for microdramas, OTT shows, and digital campaigns</li>
<li>Craft&nbsp;emotion-driven hooks&nbsp;that grab attention instantly and boost viewer retention</li>
<li>Analyze&nbsp;top-performing OTT promos &amp; viral content trends&nbsp;to replicate success patterns</li>
<li>Collaborate with&nbsp;creative teams, editors, and marketing&nbsp;to deliver compelling narratives</li>
<li>Adapt tone, pacing, and storytelling formats for&nbsp;short-form video platforms</li>
<li>Stay ahead of&nbsp;digital trends, viral hooks, and audience engagement strategies in India</li>

What We’re Looking For :
<ul>
<li>3–4 years of experience in&nbsp;Hindi content writing / scriptwriting / promo writing</li>
<li>Background in&nbsp;OTT platforms, web series, films, or microdrama storytelling</li>
<li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;story arcs, emotional triggers, and dramatic tension</li>
<li>Exceptional command of&nbsp;written Hindi (creative, punchy, impactful)</li>
<li>Ability to create&nbsp;short-form, high-retention, binge-worthy content</li>
<li>Self-driven, fast thinker who thrives in a&nbsp;high-speed content environment</li>
