Key Responsibilities&nbsp;

Decode top-performing promos to identify narrative patterns, emotional triggers, and storytelling techniques — and apply those insights to new content.

<li>
Collaborate closely with marketing, creative editors, and show teams to ensure authentic, engaging, and brand-aligned storytelling.
</li>
<li>
Stay ahead of digital trends, viral formats, emotional hooks, and the evolving Indian content landscape.
</li>
<li>
Adapt tone, structure, and pacing to maximize retention and engagement across platforms.
</li>
<li>
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity, speed, and quality must coexist.

<li>
Ideate, review, and quality-check scripts and promo videos created by external agencies..

Requirements&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>
2 - 4 years of experience in writing (fiction preferred), particularly in microdramas, OTT content, films, or web-series promos.
</li>
<li>
Background in media, content, or storytelling (Tier 1 communication institutes preferred).
</li>
<li>
Strong foundation in copywriting, audio-visual writing, and short-form video storytelling.
</li>
<li>
Exceptional command over Kannada — your words should hit hard, fast, and deep.
</li>
<li>
A creative self-starter with strong ownership and the ability to independently elevate brand voice.
</li>
<li>
Someone who uses AI as an oar to row the boat — not as the boat itself.
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of CMS, Meta Ads manager, Google Ads is a plus.&nbsp;
