<p><b>About the Role :</b><br>As an AI Show Runner, you will be responsible for conceptualising and delivering engaging, binge-worthy short-form vertical content built end-to-end through AI production tools. You will oversee the entire AI production pipeline from idea to final upload ensuring stories are emotionally gripping, fast-paced, and optimised for mobile viewing.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilites :</b></p>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Review, develop and refine scripts for AI microdrama shows.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Provide clear, creative feedback to writers and internal teams.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Write or supervise scripts with strong hooks.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop original, high-concept AI micro drama ideas tailored for vertical platforms.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Identify trending themes, hooks, and formats that drive engagement and retention.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Plan and execute end-to-end AI production. (pre-production, generation, post)</li>
<li>&nbsp;Work closely with AI directors, writers, editors, and prompt teams.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure content is optimised for vertical viewing. (framing, pacing, subtitles, sound cues)</li>
<li>&nbsp;Monitor audience performance metrics. (retention, completion rate, engagement)</li>
<li>&nbsp;Iterate content strategy based on data and user behaviour.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage multiple projects under tight production timelines.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and storytelling style.</li>

<p><b>What We're Looking For :</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in short-form video, digital content, or series production — hands-on exposure to AI production tools is a strong plus.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Strong understanding of mobile-first storytelling and vertical formats.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ability to create emotionally engaging, high-retention content.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Excellent project management and multitasking skills.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and cliffhangers.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Experience working with fast turnaround production cycles.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Good understanding of audience behaviour on short video platforms.</li>
