About the Role

We are looking for an AI Voice &amp; Sound Design Specialist to join our AI Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality AI-generated content using ElevenLabs and a range of advanced AI tools. Beyond voice generation, you will design and optimize end-to-end AI voice production workflows, in combination with regular sound design, audio mixing, and creative problem-solving to deliver polished, production-ready content that meets the highest quality standards. 
Key Responsibilities 
• Generate natural AI voiceovers and multilingual dubbing using ElevenLabs and similar platforms.
• Build efficient AI workflows by combining voice generation, translation, transcription, lip-sync, audio enhancement, and editing tools.
• Edit, clean, mix, master, and enhance audio to broadcast quality.
• Design immersive soundscapes using music, ambience, and sound effects.
• Synchronize AI voices with video and ensure natural pacing and emotion.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and creative teams throughout production.

Skills &amp; Qualifications
Core Requirements
<ul>
<li>AI Voice Generation:&nbsp;Hands-on experience with ElevenLabs and other AI voice generation platforms.</li>
<li>Audio Production:&nbsp;Strong skills in sound design, audio editing, mixing, and mastering.</li>
<li>DAW Proficiency:&nbsp;Experience with digital audio workstations such as Adobe Audition, Reaper, Pro Tools, or similar.</li>
<li>AI Tool Integration:&nbsp;Familiarity with AI tools for translation, lip-sync, transcription, and audio restoration.</li>
<li>Creative Judgment:&nbsp;Excellent attention to detail and ability to make strong creative decisions.</li>
<li>Adaptability:&nbsp;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience with Google AI Studio, Flow, HeyGen, Runway, Descript, or similar AI tools.</li>
<li>Background in advertising, digital media, YouTube, or social media content production.</li>
<li>Portfolio showcasing AI dubbing and sound design projects.</li>
