<p><strong>About the role :&nbsp;</strong><br><br>We're looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern – Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. If you're eager to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, we'd love to hear from you.</p>
<p><strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Source candidates through job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) and other recruitment channels.<br>• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on predefined job criteria and requirements.<br>• Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates, including sending calendar invites and reminders.<br>• Conduct initial phone/video screenings and maintain detailed candidate feedback notes.<br>• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS tools, and candidate databases.<br>• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documentation under supervision.<br>• Assist in organizing recruitment events, campus drives, and employer branding initiatives.<br>• Support the Talent Acquisition team with ad-hoc tasks related to hiring analytics and reporting.<br>• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and data privacy guidelines.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.<br>• 3 – 6 months of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (internship or project-based experience is acceptable).<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders.<br>• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).<br>• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p>
<p>Preferred (Not Mandatory but Advantageous):<br>• Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., keka, Pyjama HR, or similar ATS platforms).<br>• Experience supporting campus hiring or large-scale recruitment drives.<br>• Familiarity with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and virtual onboarding processes.<br><br><br><br></p>
