<p><strong>About the Role :</strong><br><br>As an AI Show Runner, you will be responsible for conceptualising and delivering engaging, binge-worthy short-form vertical content built end-to-end through AI production tools. You will oversee the&nbsp;entire AI production pipeline from idea to final upload ensuring stories are emotionally gripping, fast-&nbsp;paced, and optimised for mobile viewing.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilites :</strong><br>• Review, develop and refine scripts for AI microdrama shows.<br>• Provide clear, creative feedback to writers and internal teams.<br>• Write or supervise scripts with strong hooks.<br>• Develop original, high-concept AI micro drama ideas tailored for vertical platforms.<br>• Identify trending themes, hooks, and formats that drive engagement and retention.<br>• Plan and execute end-to-end AI production. (pre-production, generation, post)<br>• Work closely with AI directors, writers, editors, and prompt teams.<br>• Ensure content is optimised for vertical viewing. (framing, pacing, subtitles, sound cues)<br>• Monitor audience performance metrics.
