<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for an Android Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience building reliable, high-quality Android applications. You will work closely with product, design, backend, and engineering teams to develop and improve user-facing mobile experiences</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop, test, maintain, and enhance Android applications.</li>
<li>Build clean, reusable, and maintainable code using Kotlin and/or Java.</li>
<li>Integrate REST APIs and work with backend services.</li>
<li>Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into responsive mobile experiences.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve performance issues, crashes, and bugs.</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews, testing, release cycles, and technical discussions.</li>
<li>Work with Git-based development workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Stay updated with Android platform changes and mobile development best practices.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1-2 years of professional Android development experience.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Kotlin; working knowledge of Java is preferred.</li>
<li>Good understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, Activities, Fragments, and application lifecycle.</li>
<li>Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party library integration.</li>
<li>Understanding of MVVM/MVC or similar mobile architecture patterns.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Git and version control.</li>
<li>Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Good to Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Jetpack components, Coroutines, Room, Retrofit, or dependency injection.</li>
<li>Knowledge of app performance optimization and Play Store release processes.</li>
<li>Experience working in a product-focused or fast-paced environment.</li>
