Lead, Plan &amp; Gather Business Requirements for the required solution.</li><li>Mentor other solution consultants in the team on process, people and technology aspects as necessary</li><li>Take personal responsibility for E2E delivery of the requirements collaborating closely with business and technical team members (Architects, Product/Engineering Team,, Data Engineers, Analytics Developers, Testers, PM/Scrum Masters and Customer to deliver a solution that meets/exceeds partner expectations</li><li>Work with customer and their integration partners to ensure the product is well integrated</li><li>Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions</li><li>Ensure clients change requests are addressed effectively in a timely manner</li><li>Provide resolutions to tech support issues within the defined SLAs</li><li>Identify issues by looking at debug logs from various internal and external sources</li></ol><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(29, 28, 29);">Requirements</strong><strong>:</strong></div><div>The ideal candidate should have:</div><ol><li>6-10 years of experience.<strong>Should have done Btech/BE from Tier-1 college.</strong></li><li>Well-versed with the working of API Testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI etc.</li><li>Good presentation and documentation skills, hands-on knowledge on report making</li><li>Thorough knowledge of REST/SOAP/OData APIs</li><li>Coding / scripting experience with NodeJs / similar framework</li><li>Experience with databases (preferably NoSQL databases such as MongoDB)</li><li>Experience using spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets / Excel etc.</li><li>Team mentoring experience</li><li>Candidate must be willing to work overlapping hours to cover the EST timezone.</li></ol><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(29, 28, 29);">Good to have</strong></div><ol><li>Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs for product development is a plus</li><li>Knowledge/Experience in building Chatbots using publicly available bot platforms like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc</li><li>Knowledge of fundamentals of Natural Language processing is a plus</li><li>Experience with data analysis techniques and data analysis software such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana etc</li></ol><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(29, 28, 29);">Soft skills required</strong></div><ol><li>Good interpersonal communication skills (Preferably English).
