Job Description:
LYBL is seeking a Senior Designer to join our in-house creative team.
We’re looking for a highly skilled visual storyteller who can bring our brand to life across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate combines a strong design aesthetic with strategic thinking, and has experience creating high-impact visuals across global marketing campaigns. They bring 5–7+ years of hands-on experience driving design strategy at early-stage and growth-stage consumer tech companies, high-growth startups, or global SaaS brands.
In this role, you’ll conceptualize, design, and deliver creative solutions aligned with LYBL’s brand strategy - spanning everything from digital campaigns and event materials to presentations, web assets, and branded content.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balance creativity with business goals, and consistently deliver polished work on deadline. Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Lead design projects from concept through execution, delivering high-quality visual assets across media (digital, print, marketing collateral, packaging, social media, website, etc.).
</li>
<li>
Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all design work, following brand guidelines strictly.
</li>
<li>
Create original graphic content illustrations, infographics, banners, ads, brochures, social media creatives, presentations, and marketing materials.
</li>
<li>
Design and deliver high-impact video content: edit raw footage, add motion graphics/animations, transitions, sound design, color grading for social media, promos, campaigns, or brand videos.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align design &amp; video output with campaign goals and brand messaging.
</li>
<li>
Stay updated with design trends, video editing tools, animation/graphics best practices, and digital media trends, bringing in fresh creative ideas and innovation.
</li>
</ul>
 
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field; or strong proven work experience as a Senior Designer / Graphic Designer.
</li>
<li>
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design / visual design roles, prior senior-level or lead design experience preferred.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Background working with consumer tech brands (e-commerce, mobility, food delivery, marketplaces) OR global SaaS companies.
</li>
<li>
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work- graphics, branding, digital &amp; print assets, and nice to have- video or motion-graphic projects.
</li>
<li>
Proficiency in design and video editing software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and video tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent for editing, animation, motion graphics, color grading, etc.
</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:

Solid understanding of design fundamentals - typography, layout, color theory, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
</li>
<li>
Capability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product, etc.).
</li>
<li>
High attention to detail, strong visual sensibilities, and commitment to upholding brand and design quality standards
