Job Description:
LYBL is looking for a skilled and forward-thinking SEO/AIO Manager to lead our content-driven, performance-focused organic growth strategy.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in modern SEO best practices and is fluent in the evolving landscape of search - including AI-powered search, LLM trends, semantic SEO, and Google’s latest algorithm updates.&nbsp;
This is a part-time or contract role, ideal for someone who can work autonomously to drive measurable growth, improve organic visibility, and position LYBL as a leader in holistic, science-backed healthcare. Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive SEO strategy focused on content quality, keyword growth, and search visibility.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap assessment to guide editorial and content creation teams.

Optimize on-page content, metadata, internal linking, and technical SEO to improve rankings and organic reach.
</li>
<li>
Perform Technical SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements across website structure, page experience, mobile performance, and crawlability.

&nbsp;AIO (AI Optimization)-&nbsp;

Stay updated on AI-powered search, LLM developments, Search Generative Experience (SGE), and algorithm updates to adapt SEO strategies proactively.

Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with AI search behaviors and semantic relevance.

Build and execute SEO and AIO strategies by enabling LLM crawling, creating content pages for LLM indexing, and implementing technical site optimizations such as schema and structured data.

</ul>
Analytics &amp; Reporting-
<ul>
<li>
Monitor site performance, rankings, and key metrics using modern tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align SEO with brand messaging, content themes, and campaign goals.
</li>
<li>
Produce regular reports outlining traffic, keyword performance, growth opportunities, and strategic insights.
</li>
<li>
Identify new opportunities for organic growth (SERP features, rich snippets, topical authority building, etc.).
</li>
<li>
Ensure SEO best practices are followed across all digital assets.

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:&nbsp;

The ideal candidate brings 5-7+ years of hands-on experience driving design strategy at early-stage and growth-stage consumer tech companies, high-growth startups, or global SaaS brands.

Strong understanding of content SEO, search intent modeling, and user-behavior-driven optimization.
</li>
<li>
Proficiency with leading SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, etc.).
</li>
<li>
Up-to-date knowledge of AI-driven search, SGE, LLM trends, and modern ranking factors.
</li>
<li>
Clear understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (schema, site architecture, Core Web Vitals).
</li>
<li>
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
</li>
<li>
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a part-time/contract capacity.
