Roles &amp; Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations.
</li>
<li>
Evaluate medical history, laboratory reports, imaging, and LYBL Supplements to formulate personalized treatment plans.
</li>
<li>
Monitor&nbsp; progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
</li>
<li>
Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical protocols and treatment pathways.
</li>
<li>
Participate in clinical research, product development, and evidence generation initiatives.
</li>
<li>
Represent LYBL in webinars, educational programs, and community outreach activities as required.
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Hold an MD (Ayurveda) in a clinical specialty.
</li>
<li>
Have 5–10 years of hands-on clinical experience in patient care.
</li>
<li>
Possess strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
</li>
<li>
Are passionate about evidence-based Ayurveda and integrative medicine.
</li>
<li>
Have excellent spoken English communication skills.
</li>
<li>
Are comfortable conducting online consultations with international patients.
</li>
<li>
Are computer savvy and proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), spreadsheets, documentation, telemedicine platforms, and AI-enabled healthcare tools.
</li>
<li>
Are willing to work during U.S. business hours&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Are open to travelling to and working in the United States for extended periods.
</li>
<li>
Have experience managing lifestyle and chronic diseases such as diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmune diseases, women's health, musculoskeletal conditions, metabolic disorders, and mental health.
