What we're looking for?
We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-6 years of experience, primarily in civil litigation. You should be comfortable in a dynamic, trial-focused environment and have a track record of handling complex legal matters. Bonus points if you have experience in white-collar defense or bankruptcy litigation.
What you'll do:

Handle a diverse caseload including complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and bankruptcy litigation.

Take ownership of case files, from initial pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents that advance client objectives.

Lead discovery efforts, including taking and defending depositions.
