Due to explosive client demand and continued growth, we’re seeking a high-performing ECVC Associate (4–8 years) ready to step into a visible, deal-leading role.
This is not a backseat position — this is where you own your work, your relationships, and your trajectory.
💼 What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Lead venture capital and M&amp;A transactions from start to finish</li>
<li>Partner directly with founders, CEOs, and boards across high-growth companies</li>
<li>Structure and execute financings, including SAFEs and preferred stock deals</li>
<li>Advise companies from formation through exit — from pre-seed to pre-IPO</li>
<li>Counsel venture capital firms and institutional investors on strategic investments</li>
<li>Navigate complex corporate governance and scaling challenges</li>
<li>Build deep relationships across the tech and life sciences ecosystem</li>
</ul>
🧠 What You Bring
<ul>
<li>4–8 years of law firm experience in venture capital, emerging companies, and/or M&amp;A</li>
<li>Strong ability to manage transactions and communicate with senior stakeholders</li>
