<div>We are seeking a <b>Senior Associate </b>to join our growing technical team in Gurugram, India. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience with strong expertise in telecom architectures, Standard Essential Patent (SEP) analysis, and intellectual property (IP)-related matters.</div>

<div><b>Responsibilities and Duties</b></div>
<ul>
<li class="MsoNormal">Provide technology consulting services to law firms and corporates.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Understand underlying technologies to analyze patent portfolios and help solve client's core technical queries.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Conduct research &amp; analysis, including but not limited to technology research.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Experience with IP matters (infringement analysis, EOUs, prior art searches, landscaping, etc).</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Proficiency in Telecom architectures like wifi, Bluetooth, 4G, 5G, LTE, etc.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Proficiency in SEP analysis in the field of IEEE 802.11 and 3GPP ETSI Standards (4G/LTE Advanced and 5G).</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Explain complex technology matters to non-technical audiences.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Handle calls with US-based clients who include Industry Experts, Corporate Counsel, CEOs, Startup founders, IP litigators, etc.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Work with product teams to guide the development &amp; testing of Lumenci’s technology platforms.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Showcase technology and IP thought leadership via blogs and research reports.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Collaborate across the organization in-person and with virtual, global teams.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Establish and cultivate relationships internally and externally.</li>
