If you are curious about technology, enjoy working in a high-growth startup, hands-on with gadgets, and keep up with the next big thing in Tech - you might be a great fit.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></div><ul><li>Provide technology consulting services to law firms and corporates in the domain of telecommunications.</li><li>Work in high-stakes patent litigation and licensing in the field of 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G technologies, Wifi, Bluetooth, Switching/Routing protocols, Network security.</li><li>Work closely with telecommunication and semiconductor reverse engineering labs to reverse engineering various aspects of core telecom infrastructure such as Core Network, Services, Mobile Apps, Handset platforms, IoT platforms, etc.</li><li>Understand underlying technologies to analyze patent portfolios and help solve clients’ core technical queries.</li><li>Be the go-to person for all IP Strategy problems.</li><li>Lead teams conducting research &amp; analysis, including but not limited to technology research, technology due diligence, market research, prior art searches, target scouting, invalidity analysis, infringement analysis, and claim charting.</li><li>Ensure and set internal training framework.</li><li>Ensure and set internal training framework.</li><li>Explain complex technology matters to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Handle calls with US-based clients who include Industry Experts, Corporate Counsel, CEOs, Startup founders, IP litigators, etc.</li><li>Showcase technology and IP thought leadership via blogs and research reports.</li><li>Collaborate across the organization in-person and with virtual, global teams.</li><li>Establish and cultivate relationships internally and externally.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Expected Competencies and Skills</strong></div><ul><li>Lead teams in the capacity as project manager, team lead, product manager, etc.</li><li>High-level understanding of Telecom Architectures, Concepts, and Advancements in 4G/5G.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in technical writing.</li><li>Proficiency in technical research.</li><li>Ability to think critically, learn fast, and work with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.</li><li>Entrepreneurial and go-getter attitude.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Education and Experience</strong></div><ul><li>BTech/ M.Tech in Electronics, Communications, or Electrical Engineering from premier colleges such as IITs, BITS Pilani, and NITs.</li><li>Experience in the telecommunication Industry.</li><li>Certification such as CTNS, CIPTS is preferred.</li><li>Experience with IP matters (Patents, infringement analysis, Standard Essential Patents, EOUs, prior art searches, landscaping, etc.) is preferred.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Benefits</strong></div><div><strong>Performance-driven compensation package.</strong></div><ul><li>Rapid career growth.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>An ideal candidate would share our way of working</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Solve for the Customer</strong>: Lumenci is a customer first company, with the focus to create a long-term relationship with our clients.
