<div><strong>Job Title: Team Leader - International Accounting</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key outputs required from you:</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Lead and contribute towards the development of a team of Junior Bookkeepers.</li><li>Perform quality checks, communicate expectations, plan, and appraise deliveries of Junior bookkeepers.</li><li>Report &amp; produce necessary financial statements and supporting documents on a regular basis.</li><li>Prepare and finalize UAE VAT returns for the clients.</li><li>Liaison with external accountant &amp; auditors.</li><li>Serving as the main point of contact for client calls among assigned clients and facilitate daily interaction through email, Teams, and phone communication channels.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with HR policies for all team members under supervision.</li><li>Drive the development of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives etc.</li><li>Fulfilling supplementary responsibilities to promote efficiency within the Bookkeeping department and overall office operations.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualification, Skills, and Experience:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>B. Com/M. Com/CA Inter/MBA (Accounts &amp; Finance)</li><li>3-7 years of experience in Bookkeeping with working knowledge of QuickBooks/Xero/SAGE.</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS-Office applications - Excel, Word, Outlook and cloud accounting applications like Zoho.</li><li>Ability to handle deliveries for multiple clients.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Good understanding of the processes required for KPO deliveries.</li><li>Must be keen on exploring improvements, optimizing processes, and motivating people.</li><li>Ability to follow-up with multiple stakeholders and get things done.</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.</li></ul>
