<div>Role Requirements</div><div><br></div><div>- Perform forensic investigations and fraud risk reviews/assessments.</div><div>- Draft reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for clients.</div><div>- Work together with data engineers and intelligence professionals to bring all relevant information to bear in</div><div>investigations.</div><div>- Supervise junior staff and ensure they are provided with learning and development opportunities leading to</div><div>career progression.</div><div>- Create awareness of Protiviti Forensic Services with clients and staff.</div><div>- Monitor projects are delivered as per set timelines.</div><div>- Communicate the results of assignments through written reports and oral presentations on a timely basis to</div><div>client management.</div><div>- Assist engagement director with identification for any new firm services at existing or new clients. Prepare and</div><div>track proposals and conduct proposal meetings with clients. Responsible for developing and growing business</div><div>and managing portfolio of clients.</div><div>- Developing strong relationships with top executives at prospects (target clients) and existing clients.</div><div>- Build a strong network of contacts and leverage it for business development</div><div>- Develop and engage team through individual contacts and group meetings. Assist with hiring, training, and</div><div>evaluation of staff and take effective actions to address performance.</div><div>- Support practice management including work in progress monitoring, proposal development and monitoring</div><div>of performance against the business plan. Lay down processes for improvement as well as strengthen the</div><div>practice in the region.</div><div>- Represent the firm at various industry and professional forums.</div><div>- Conduct learning sessions and develop knowledge sharing forums with other functions within the firm as well</div><div>as with clients.</div><div><br></div><div>Desired Profile</div><div><br></div><div>-&nbsp;ACA and ACCA qualified or MBA&nbsp;(from a&nbsp;<em>premium business school</em>) with a commerce background. Certified</div><div>Fraud Examiner certification (CFE)&nbsp;will be an added advantage.</div><div>- Bilingual candidate preferred with&nbsp;minimum 12 years of industry experience&nbsp;in a related field, preferably with</div><div>leading consulting firms, professional services and/or industry.</div><div>- Demonstrates deep understanding of the basic elements of forensic services, including investigations, fraud</div><div>risk reviews, corporate intelligence and data analytics.</div><div>- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.</div><div>- Good mix of education and experience will be useful.</div><div>- Knowledge and understanding of accounting, internal control systems and business processes.</div><div>- Prior experience of at least 3 years in handling&nbsp;Fraud Risk Assessment, Fraud Detection, Forensic Investigation,</div><div><br></div><div>Fraud Analysis, FCPA AND/OR Anti-Fraud Management roles.</div><div>- Ability to organize and lead small teams.</div><div>- Interpersonal skills – ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.</div><div>Additional Information</div><div>It is essential for the candidate to have extensive experience in&nbsp;<u>FORENSIC domain</u></div><div><br></div><div>Key Personal Attributes</div><div>- A good blend of creative thinking and rigorous analysis in solving business problems.</div><div>- High energy individual possessing excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.</div><div>Adept at preparing and presenting to senior audiences.</div><div>- Demonstrates excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
