<div>• Operate and maintain a mission critical environment consisting of:</div><div>o VMware</div><div>o Citrix application delivery</div><div>o Windows Servers (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019); Standalone and Cluster</div><div>o Linux (RedHat, OracleLinux)</div><div>o Physical Server hardware</div><div>o SAN Storage</div><div>• Provision virtual servers and services based on customer request and Senior analyst design</div><div>• Perform scheduled and ad-hoc backup and restore operations to meet the business needs</div><div>• Maintain and support the physical infrastructure and data center environment</div><div>• Work within the Service desk to support the hosted systems, on an operational level or</div><div>provide sufficient details for escalation to the senior team</div><div>• Participate in call rotation/duties</div><div><br></div><div>• +2 years of work experience in enterprise environments, preferably within a data center</div><div>team.</div><div>• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.</div><div>• Experience or working knowledge in ITIL processes and standards is an added</div><div>advantage though not essential</div><div>• Experience of some or all technologies currently deployed in the data center (covered in</div><div>responsibilities)</div><div>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is essential</div>
