<div>Duties and Responsibilities</div><div>• Project Delivery</div><div>o Own all aspects of development for the project - coding, code reviews, unit tests</div><div>and code quality</div><div><br></div><div>• Technology</div><div>o Demonstrate technical excellence and quality focus while working on sprint user</div><div>stories by minimizing or eliminating bugs per user story delivered</div><div>o Work closely with Specialist Engineer to resolve any technical impediments as</div><div>soon as they arise</div><div>o Ensure the coding standards are followed and tech debt are eliminated in every</div><div>sprint</div><div>o Drive the technical competency of the development area including tools,</div><div>methods, frameworks, etc.</div><div><br></div><div>• Process</div><div>o Develop and demonstrate deep competency in Agile/SCRUM delivery process</div><div>• Quality</div><div>o Own deliverable quality from a development perspective for each sprint and</div><div>release</div><div>o Responsible for production quality deliverables</div><div>• Innovation</div><div>o Demonstrate commitment to innovation by actively learning and implementing</div><div>new technical tools / methods / approaches and showcasing them to the team</div><div>and other stakeholders</div><div>• Continuous improvement</div><div>o Own and drive automation initiatives for efficiency improvements</div><div><br></div><div>2(2)</div><div><br></div><div>Profile</div><div>• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with Information Technology background or equivalent</div><div>• Required to have at-least 2 years of Process Automation experience using K2 Five</div><div>• Required to have at-least 3 years of experience in Information Technology Industry</div><div>• Troubleshoot, diagnose &amp; resolve customer issues independently, making use of the</div><div>resources available</div><div>• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical</div><div>requirements, Problem-Solving and Bug fixes</div><div>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English</div><div>• Very strong analytical and problem solving abilities</div><div>• Positive attitude, decisive but humble when needed, puts the team first</div><div>• Must Have skills:</div><div>a. Good knowledge on SQL queries with join conditions</div><div>b. Working knwoledge on K2 Five concepts</div><div>c. Knowledge on K2 Studio and K2 Management</div><div>• Nice to Have Skills:</div><div>a. Knowledge on programming languages such as C #, .Net or MVC Framework</div>
