Masai School, in academic collaboration with a premier institute, is seeking a Teaching Assistant (AI/ML – Hindi) to support its online Artificial Intelligence &amp; Machine Learning program.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about AI/ML education, mentoring learners, and simplifying complex technical concepts in Hindi. The Teaching Assistant will play a key role in improving learner outcomes through doubt-solving, academic support, and continuous engagement.
<h2>Key Responsibilities (KRAs)</h2>
<h3>Doubt-Solving &amp; Tutorial Support</h3>

Conduct or moderate weekly doubt-solving and Q&amp;A sessions in Hindi.
</li>
<li>
Explain AI/ML concepts, assignments, and coding problems clearly to learners.
</li>
<li>
Support tutorial sessions by reinforcing concepts taught by faculty.

<h3>Q&amp;A and Discussion Forum Support</h3>

Provide timely and accurate responses to learner queries via forums, chats, or LMS.
</li>
<li>
Assist learners in debugging Python code and ML workflows.
</li>

<h3>Academic &amp; Research Support</h3>
<ul>

Support the academic team with real-world AI/ML use cases, tools, and trends.
</li>
<li>
Help learners understand practical trade-offs in model selection and evaluation.
</li>

<h3>Learner Engagement &amp; Feedback</h3>

Encourage participation through continuous feedback and guidance.

Track learner progress and escalate blockers to cohort managers.

<h2>Candidate Requirements</h2>
<h3>Must-Have</h3>

2+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

Strong understanding of:

Basics of deep learning
</li>
