About the Role
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant – Analytics with AI to support learners throughout their learning journey.
In this role, you will work closely with faculty and learners to provide real-time academic support, clarify concepts, resolve doubts, evaluate assignments and projects, and help learners apply analytics concepts to practical, real-world problems.
This is a contractual, part-time opportunity, with compensation based on the scope of work and deliverables outlined in the MOU.
Schedule &amp; Availability
As our programs are designed for working professionals and students, candidates should be available during:

Language: Strong spoken Kannada is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Provide real-time academic support to learners during live classes through chat and other communication channels.
</li>
<li>
Conduct live doubt-clearing sessions in Kannada.
</li>
<li>
Explain complex analytics and technical concepts in a simple, structured, and learner-friendly manner.
</li>
<li>
Provide 1:1 mentoring to learners who require additional academic support.
</li>
<li>
Evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
</li>
<li>
Help learners troubleshoot technical and analytical problems.
</li>
<li>
Guide learners in applying analytics concepts to practical, real-world scenarios.
</li>
<li>
Monitor batch progress and learner engagement and identify areas requiring additional support.
</li>
<li>
Share learner feedback, challenges, and observations with faculty and the curriculum team.
</li>
