We are looking for a&nbsp;Instructional Designer – Tech who will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing learning programs in Data Science &amp; Analytics with AI, Full-Stack Android Development and Software Development. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating learning experiences, structuring educational content, and working closely with industry experts to build high-quality programs.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop curriculum for AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Data Science programs.
</li>
<li>
Create detailed learning modules, lesson plans, presentations, assignments, projects, and assessments.
</li>
<li>
Research industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure course content remains relevant and up to date.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructors to build practical, job-oriented learning experiences.
</li>
<li>
Develop real-world case studies, hands-on exercises, capstone projects, and portfolio-building activities.
</li>
<li>
Structure learning paths that help students progressively build technical skills and industry readiness.
</li>
<li>
Review and improve existing curriculum based on learner feedback, industry developments, and placement requirements.
</li>
<li>
Create evaluation frameworks, quizzes, assignments, and assessments to measure learner progress effectively.
</li>
<li>
Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with Masai School's learning standards.
</li>
<li>
Work with academic, product, and placement teams to continuously enhance program effectiveness and learner outcomes.
</li>
<li>
Support the launch of new technology programs and specializations based on market demand.
</li>
