Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Support Associate located in Indore. The Tech Support Associate will provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues related to desktop computers, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and voice, assisting with technical issues, and providing solutions quickly and effectively. The role also requires coordinating with other teams to resolve complex problems and maintain service quality.
