<div>We are looking for a Head of Engineering a pre-seed funded global eCommerce start-up.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Define strategy and roadmap for product development to translate business needs to technology solutions</div><div>Lead the Tech team while supervising the development and maintenance of large software solutions and IT infrastructure</div><div>Own the development sprint cycles to ensure time-bound delivery and manage the lifecycle</div><div>Structure and define performance metrics, feedback loops, bug resolution cycles and growth hacks</div><div>Stay updated with the latest tech stacks, all best practices, industry standards, competitor analysis and existing open-source tools to be incorporated in product enhancement</div><div>Build an ‘A team’ of Engineers with a high-performance culture</div><div>Keep envisioning, creating and ideating the product journey by using cutting-edge tech to build a robust and scalable platform in alignment with customer needs and business goals</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirement:</strong></div><div>Tech Stack: Python/Django + React.js + PostgreSQL</div><div>Hands-on experience having worked in the tech-teams of B2C/B2B SAAS start-ups</div><div>for the last 5-10 years; now looking for a high ownership role with high growth</div><div>Graduation from a Tier 1 Engineering college (CE/IT/EC/EE) with MBA (preferred not mandatory)</div><div>Should have led Engineering teams to build products adopted at scale with direct experience in Software development, Architecture &amp; Design, DevOps and complete lifecycle of product development</div><div>Proven proficiency in developing product strategy in line with business requirements and revenue model while keeping in consideration the trade-offs between features, costs, time to enter the market</div><div>Highly user-centric approach with an obsession to drive usability while adopting an agile and MVP based deployment strategy</div><div>Extremely detail-oriented, analytical and creative problem solver with the ability to guide the tech unit</div><div><br></div>
