<div>We are looking for a HR Business Partner for a pre-seed funded global eCommerce start-up.</div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for IT/Non IT positions</div><div>Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.</div><div>Maintain the hiring funnel and metrics like candidate’s conversion ratios, NPS etc</div><div>Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively</div><div>Source best suitable talent while managing candidate relationships</div><div>Screen candidate on both soft and technical skills</div><div>Build strong foundation of culture, systems, and processes at scale</div><div><strong>Requirement:</strong></div><div>Post Graduate from a top tier institute</div><div>5+ years of sourcing experience in high-growth start-ups (SAAS, e-commerce preferred)</div><div>Proven successful track-record of building the tech-team – Engineering, Product, Data Science, etc.</div><div>Proficiency in various sourcing strategies including key-word searches and hiring portals</div><div>Understanding of the recruiting funnel and monitoring of Talent acquisition metrics</div><div>Exceptional communication skills</div><div>Clear and logical understanding of tech-stacks, tech-positions and talent pool</div><div>Proven track record of working in a fast paced environment</div>
