<div>We are looking for a Sr Executive Assistant to the Founder for a global ecommerce start-up in Mumbai</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Would be responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external customers and coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings</div><div>Answer phones and direct and guide all incoming calls promptly and efficiently.</div><div>Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Founder</div><div>Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and answer outgoing mail as necessary.</div><div>Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner</div><div>Updating the Travel schedule and hotel reservations</div><div>Ensure that all confidential &amp; sensitive information is securely handled, stored as appropriate &amp; no such information is divulged or made accessible to unauthorized person.</div><div>Follow up and co-ordination with various departments</div><div>Record Management</div><div>Maintaining contact database</div><div>Coordinate and follow-up on all tasks assigned by the top management within the allotted deadlines</div><div>Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, conference calls, internal sessions, special events, etc.</div><div>Manage correspondences and communication as per the instructions and maintaining confidentiality at all levels.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirement:</strong></div><div>5-7 years of overall experience</div><div>Graduate/ Postgraduate from a premier institute</div><div>Proven experience with schedule management</div><div>Ability to create and maintain MIS reports</div><div>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</div><div>Excellent time management skills</div>
