<div>We are looking for a Sr Talent Acquisition Manager for India’s top home fabric brand.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.</div><div>Consult/Coordinate with HOD’s on role, descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.</div><div>Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.</div><div>Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates.</div><div>Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume, phone screens, and candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.</div><div>Strong negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company.</div><div>Arrange pre-employment testing, background &amp; references Check.</div><div>Place and update all job postings in various sources including Social Media/Staffing partners/Job Portals</div><div>Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job Placement), providing company/job information and interviewing applicants.</div><div>Arranging for Pre-placement talk and making the colleges aware about the company before the Placement process.</div><div>Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote referral program and internal opportunities.</div><div>Roll Out offer letters/Appointment letters. &amp; maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.</div><div>Conduct new employee on-boarding &amp; Induction by ensuring that processes are followed and accurate.</div><div>Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required.</div><div>Managing Employee Engagement.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div>Any Graduate /Post Graduate with more than 10+yrs exp into Talent Acquisition.</div><div>Prefer someone from manufacturing background.</div><div>Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.</div><div>Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.</div><div>Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.</div><div>Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.</div>
