They have been awarded as the best emerging startup at the India Startup Summit 2022.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Streamline and coordinate HR operations like payroll, leave, attendance, on boarding, confirmations, appraisals, exit management and employee grievances.</div><div>Collaborate with teams to execute Policies, Procedures, Employee Relations, Culture and Team Building activities</div><div>Maintaining employee data on HRMS (Leaves, insurance, personal details, etc.)</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div>Must have 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations. Must have startup experience. </div><div>Any Graduates / Post Graduate with strong academics</div><div>Excellent Communication</div><div>Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</div><div><br></div>
