<div>We are looking for a Assistant Manager Taxation for a leading Oil &amp; Gas Joint Venture.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile-</strong></div><div>Transactions involving alignment with tax requirements considering tax specific provision for each state. Stakeholder &amp; Vendor management. High Business support. Ensure accounting w.r.t taxation are maintained accurately &amp; timely. Support in statutory audit of the company for the Financial Year. Books of Accounts should be closed on time with zero error within the reporting timelines as per Organization’s standards.</div><div>Preparation and computation of TDS &amp; TCS liability on monthly basis</div><div>Filing of Quarterly TDS/ TCS returns</div><div>Preparation and computation of GST returns i.e GSTR 1, GSTR 3B on monthly basis</div><div>ISD returns , distribution and cross charge working</div><div>Preparing reconciliations of GSTR 2A with books, Turnover and input tax credit reconciliations</div><div>Filing of all the GSTR returns on monthly basis and GST annual returns</div><div>Preparing all the necessary accounting entries for TDS, GST etc.</div><div>Compliance with TDS/TCS provisions</div><div>Income Tax return filing, Tax Audit filing and coordinating with auditors for the same</div><div>Preparing Advance Tax Calculations and Differed Tax calculations on quarterly basis</div><div>Managing the assessments for Income Tax &amp; GST</div><div>Reply drafting to notices and communications from departments</div><div>Should have good communication skills in English and be able to communicate with Customers / Vendors and resolve the TDS / TCS queries if required, and also communicate suitably within team</div><div>Prepare other Taxation reports required for monthly MIS or submission to CFO/management</div><div>Be actively involved in compliance</div><div>Coordination with Internal and Statutory auditors, providing the data for audit and addressing audit queries.</div><div>Issuance of TDS certificates to vendors</div><div>Accounting of TDS/TCS from customers</div><div>Prepare various MIS required by management from time to time</div><div>Attend any Ad-hoc tasks requested by management from time to time</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirement:</strong></div><div>Inter – CA /MCOM with Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience with manufacturing Industry.</div><div>Well versed with GST and Income Tax laws.</div><div>Hands on Experience in SAP (S4 HANA) is must.</div><div>Should have good head for numbers. Good Interpersonal skills.</div><div>Ability to work collaboratively internally with all the teams.</div><div>Define Clear behavioral competencies required to perform the job.</div><div>Good management, understanding of business, customer focused and ability to develop good relationship with all stakeholders.</div><div><br></div>
