<div>We are looking for a Manager Marketing for India’s top Home Fabric Brand.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Strengthen the brand presence in the Indian market through various ATL, BTL &amp; trade promotion activities</div><div>Develop multi-channel marketing initiatives to support business objectives.</div><div>Design &amp; implement In store visual merchandising stories, window displays &amp; PR stories to showcase new products &amp; collections</div><div>Cultivate &amp; build consumer fan base through consistent digital marketing activities via FB, YouTube, Pintrest &amp; other social media plug-ins</div><div>Build &amp; maintain relationships with Industry bodies &amp; the editorial fraternity for PR plug-ins</div><div>Campaigns for promoting exclusive brand outlets as the destination for the latest in home furnishings.</div><div>Packaging development and design aesthetics ,</div><div>Create &amp; Drive consumer handles to increase category engagement &amp; hence conversions</div><div>Responsible for developing , implementing and sustaining a Brand and Communications strategy to achieve the objectives of the Brand and make it one of the Top 50 Brands in the country.</div><div>Interacting with advertising/media agencies, providing the brief, evaluating &amp; implementing the 360 degree creative, planning and media strategy</div><div>Ideating creative routes for newly launched products/services and conceptualizing end to end execution</div><div>Event / Exhibition management, strategic and tactical campaign deployment.</div><div>Initiating and conducting relevant research through research agencies</div><div>Identifying market niches and launching new products to satisfy the niche</div><div>To manage corporate identity, electronic communications, internal communications, corporate events program, publications and other marketing materials.</div><div>Develop and implement internal and external communications programs including better negotiations with vendors for cost effectiveness.</div><div>Content Management and creation:</div><div>Copy repository of existing content and creating a bank of researched information for all products.</div><div>Retail /events/ institutions</div><div>Digital campaigns/social media/e-mailers/launches</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div>PG – MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization</div><div>Should have minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience</div><div>Well versed in computers all applications</div><div>Have command over commercial aspect of advertising</div><div>Creative and commercial thought process</div><div>Thorough knowledge of ATL &amp; BTL advertising – advertised products pan India in Metro, II &amp; III tier cities in India</div>
