<div>We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager- Acquisitions for a D2C Wellness Brand. This one of it’s kind wellness brand is preseed funded with 1M USD and is looking to build its core team.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>New customer acquisition through paid performance marketing.</div><div>Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.</div><div>Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).</div><div>Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.</div><div>Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.</div><div>Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.</div><div>Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.</div><div>Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.</div><div>Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.</div><div>Evaluates emerging technologies.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div>1-3 years of experience into growth / performance marketing</div><div>Hands on experience with leading marketing campaigns for consumer brands</div><div>Must have proven experience of independently running campaigns on Facebook, Google, Apple Search Ads</div><div>Worked on Google Analytics and other popular tools for mobile attribution, acquisition, re-engagement.</div><div>Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</div>
