<div>We are looking for a Sr Manager Purchase for a leading Hospitality Group. </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Expertise &amp; proficiency in centralize procurement process at PAN India level.</div><div>Selecting products eligible for centralize contract by analyzing consumption of the group.</div><div>He Should be hands on experience for sourcing and developing products directly from Source.</div><div>Expertise in supervising procurement operations like receiving goods, documentation &amp; ensuring optimum inventory level.</div><div>Expertise in Unit Tendering Process starting from specification finalization till Award &amp; Contract.</div><div>Monitoring the Unit requirements and safeguarding fulfilment as well as working towards audit compliance checks and ensuring gaps are closed.</div><div>Evaluating Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with the selected vendors, price &amp; technical specifications &amp; ensuring timely completion of pending PO.</div><div>He should be master in hotel operational procurements &amp; having knowledge of Capex procurement is preferable.</div><div>Preference to be given for having experience on Tracking &amp; Closing AMC of the group.</div><div>Timely generation and tracking of MIS report of the department and accuracy in documentation.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div>Minimum 10 years of (From a reputed chain of hotels preferably from a corporate role)</div><div>Any Graduate/Post Graduate</div><div>Strategic Sourcing &amp; procurement</div><div>Demand &amp; Supply Planning</div><div>Vendor Validation &amp; Development</div><div>Negotiation &amp; Standardization of Materials</div><div>Bulk Material Procurement</div><div>Logistics &amp; Store Management</div><div>Budgeting &amp; Cost Control</div><div>Team Management</div><div>Customer oriented Approach.</div><div>Audit, Compliance, Statutory Requirements</div><div>Excellent communication (English)</div><div>Must Know at least 3 languages: Tamil, English &amp; Hindi</div><div>Expert: MS Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint.</div>
