<div>We are looking for a Manager Human Resources for a RBI registered Series A funded NBFC founded by Senior Bankers and IIT Delhi Alumini.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Execution of day-to-day recruitment activities, Interview Scheduling, sourcing, liaising with the candidates, hiring partners and the stakeholders, Data Management</div><div>Develop training and induction process.</div><div>Responsible for the on-boarding &amp; off-boarding process.</div><div>Leave and attendance management.</div><div>Generating offer letters.</div><div>Responsible for Statutory compliances like PF, ESIC &amp; Gratuity etc.</div><div>Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees</div><div>Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process</div><div>Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping</div><div>Maintaining MIS</div><div>Coordination with the departments.</div><div>Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation</div><div>Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need</div><div>Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><div>Must have 2 – 3 years of experience in the HR generalist profile</div><div>At least 1 year of experience in NBFC</div><div>Strong Talent Acquisition experience for a NBFC</div><div>Good verbal and written communication skills</div><div>Should be good in MS office and spreadsheets</div>
