<div>We are looking for an Area Credit Manager for a RBI registered Series A funded NBFC founded by Senior Bankers and IIT Delhi Alumini.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Manage a huge team for Credit Managing for LAP. Delivering superior financial performance while minimizing potential losses. Delivery of partner proposition. Portfolio Review &amp; Monitoring – Delinquency portfolio tracking MIS &amp; digitization of processes.</div><div>Will manage a team of credit managers/officers who will have the following Roles and Responsibilities: Assessment of borrowers’ profiles, repayment capacity, and income stability.</div><div>Understand and interpret results of financial analysis, banking analysis and bureau reports Analysis of all customer-related information in line with credit &amp; risk policy to check eligibility</div><div>Meeting and personal discussion (PD) with customers to understand their business, profile, and loan requirement.</div><div>Visiting business premise, property, and residence of the customer at the time of PD.</div><div>Understanding credit worthiness of customer along with intention to repay the loan by analysis of all documents, observation &amp; findings of PD.</div><div>Study, analyze, and interpret legal &amp; technical reports of property.</div><div>Underwriting and sanction of Home loan/loan against property files sourced by the sales team. Maintaining TAT as per guidelines and taking the case to a decision point.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div>Strong mortgage underwriting skills with proactive portfolio management</div><div>Must have 7+ years of experience in NBFC.</div><div>Candidates Should be 3-4 Years in affordable Housing/ Micro LAP Market- Credit in Delhi NCR</div><div>Should have a clear legal &amp; technical knowledge of Delhi NCR.</div><div>Strong team management experience to complete within TAT (Sales/Credit) Business.</div><div><br></div>
