<div>We are looking for a Branch Manager for a RBI registered Series A funded NBFC founded by Senior Bankers and IIT Delhi Alumini.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Efficiently Managing and driving the team of RMs/ Sales Manager/ DSAs &amp; Connectors.</div><div>Maintaining a minimum sales target of 50 times of the branch cost .</div><div>P&amp;L Responsibility (Business Volume/Portfolio Quality) of the Branch – Will be responsible for</div><div>Work proactively with Operations &amp; Credit to develop Business strategy and Resolve disbursement related issues.</div><div>Measure the productivity and efficiency of Sales Team and Channel partners closely.</div><div>Regular Visits to DSA, Channel Partners &amp; Company RMs on a case to case basis.</div><div>Exercises authority concerning staffing, training, performance appraisals, promotions, career development, salary actions and terminations of subordinate personnel.</div><div>Maintains a high level of employee morale to minimize turnover and maximize customer service satisfaction.</div><div>Develops a quality loan portfolio to obtain the NBFCs loan growth objectives .</div><div>Accepts, counsels, analyzes, collects and reviews required documents to initiate the loan process. Monitors loan portfolio to correct loan document exceptions and services the loan portfolio to reduce past dues and charge offs.</div><div>Communicates and implements new ideas and marketing strategies within the branch market area to improve sales, cross-sells, marketing, and staff development.</div><div>Implement corporate culture through reinforcement of quality service and teamwork and maintain a high level of employee morale within the branch.</div><div>Develops retail and commercial business through expansion, retention, and development strategies.</div><div>Ensures branch compliance with audit and regulatory procedures.</div><div>Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales</div><div>Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.</div><div>Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.</div><div>Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mortgage sales in NBFC/HFC in Delhi NCR in the informal / affordable sector (Ticket Size 2 Lacs – 15 Lacs).</div><div>Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.</div><div>Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.</div><div>Sound understanding of Real Estate market in Delhi NCR</div><div>Good communication and interpersonal skills</div><div>Product Specialization: Loan against Property Informal / affordable Sector</div><div><br></div>
