<div>We are looking for a Regional Credit Manager for a RBI registered Series A funded NBFC founded by Senior Bankers and IIT Delhi Alumini.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>End to End responsibility for Portfolio management – building a high quality affordable mortgage portfolio</div><div>Underwriting and sanction of Home loan/loan against property files in Delhi NCR</div><div>Manage a large team for Credit Managers for LAP/HL underwriting</div><div>Supervising the timely preparation of MIS reports</div><div>Meeting and personal discussion (PD) with customers to understand their business, profile and loan requirement .</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><div>10/15 yr experience in mortgage underwriting</div><div>3- 5 yr min experience in Affordable Mortgages / Micro LAP Market- Credit</div><div>Strong mortgage underwriting skills with proactive portfolio management</div><div>Must have 7+ years of experience in a NBFC.</div><div>Should have a clear legal &amp; technical knowledge of Delhi NCR.</div><div>Strong team management experience to complete within TAT (Sales/Credit) Business</div>
