<div>We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a Fintech Startup. Our client is 5M USD funded Fintech platform based at Goregaon, Mumbai.</div><div><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners on behalf of the founder’s office</div><div>Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner</div><div>Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings</div><div>Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports and also records maintenance</div><div>Oversee the performance of other clerical staff</div><div>Drafting, Collecting, and Collating all the information in the form of memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc</div><div>Handle admin and all other telecommunication routine office tasks and responsibilities</div><div>Contribute to the efficiency of the organization by providing personalized and timely support to executive members</div><div>Looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a self-starting, proactive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow. The following qualifications are essential:</div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div>Graduation in any discipline or Management Qualification will be an added advantage</div><div>3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Founder’s Office Role with a strong track record of achievement</div><div>Eye for detail with a high sense of responsibility and punctuality</div><div>Effective and efficient communication (written &amp; oral) with a strong executive presence</div><div>Ability to function independently without supervision</div><div>Go-getter attitude and ability to work well under compressed timelines</div>
