In this role, you will be responsible for social listening, CRM, analytics, and content management, as well as identifying and mitigating negative reviews and comments.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Monitor brand mentions and sentiments across various social media platforms, search engines, blogs, and consumer forums</li><li>Respond to negative reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Research and utilize keywords to develop positive content that can counteract negative reviews and comments</li><li>Analyze online statistics and trends to identify potential areas for improvement and optimization</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent and effective</li><li>Stay up-to-date with relevant social media trends, tools, and best practices</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>6-9 years of experience in social media management and online reputation management</li><li>Expertise in social listening, CRM, and analytics tools</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation and SEO optimization</li><li>Degree or diploma in digital marketing or a related field, with certificates from platforms such as Google and LinkedIn preferred</li></ul>
